Rich, fudgey, gooey brownies are one of my favorite treats. Not only are these almond salted caramel brownies delicious, but they are very easy to make, and perfect for entertaining.
If you’re looking for a rich dessert to serve to guests or enjoy with your family, then I’ve got the perfect recipe for you!
Almond Salted Caramel Brownies Recipe
- 2 boxes fudge brownie mix for 9×13″ pan (you could also double your own homemade recipe if you’d like)
- Brookside Milk Chocolate covered Almond Pouch
- 1 jar dulce de leche
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt or kosher salt
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
Make the two brownie mixes together according to the directions on the back of the boxes.
Use two pieces of parchment paper to line the inside of a 9×13″ pan for easier removal of the brownies. Pour the brownie batter inside, and bake at the temperature recommended on the back of the box. The brownies will take longer to cook since they are thick. Remove from the oven when a toothpick inserted in the middle of the brownies comes out clean.
Remove brownies from the oven and let cool completely. Once thoroughly cooled, spread a layer of dulce de leche over the top of the brownies.
Next, sprinkle a pouch of Brookside Milk Chocolate covered Almonds over the top of the caramel layer. I cut some of the chocolate covered almonds in half for variety.

Next, sprinkle the 1/2 tsp. of sea salt or kosher salt over the top, then add the 1/4 cup of slivered almonds.
