Winter and gift giving are in full swing this month, so why not combine the two with a cozy winter gift basket? I filled up a gift basket with some of my favorite things to keep warm and cozy to share with a friend.
Today I’ll be sharing some of my favorite winter gift basket filler items, why I love them, and how you can turn them into a beautiful gift for family and friends this season.
Winter Gift Basket Ideas:
A cozy blanket
Wintertime means cold weather, and keeping warm is part of the fun of this time of year. Let your loved ones bundle up with a new cozy blanket. I chose a warm gray blanket from Pottery Barn that is perfect for cuddling under while watching Christmas movies!
Slippers
Keep those feet warm too with some soft slippers. These black ones were perfect with the fur trim detail. Who wouldn’t love to get these?
Duraflame Fire Logs
My favorite way to keep warm this holiday season is with a fire. There’s something so mesmerizing and relaxing about a fire. Your friends and family can forget about going out in the cold to get firewood when you give them Duraflame logs. They’re made from real wood, and burn much cleaner than real wood, so you can still enjoy a lovely fire, but without the smoke and emissions of a real fire.
Plus, they’re so easy to get started! Just light a match in within a few minutes you’ll have a nice relaxing fire.
Hot Cocoa and Mugs
A canister of your favorite hot cocoa and mugs is another great addition to this winter gift basket. Who can resist drinking hot cocoa on a cold winter day?
Christmas Decorations
A cute nutcracker and a red and white felt ball garland look colorful and festive in the winter gift basket, and will look great in the recipient’s house too!
I hope you’ve enjoyed this winter gift basket tutorial. It’s a great way to share love this season with your loved ones.
