I’m always trying to create new meal ideas for my family, and today I’m excited to share with you a melt-in-your-mouth breakfast idea that I love… Cheesy bacon crescent rolls!

Grated cheddar cheese, thick bacon crumbles, and buttery crescent rolls all combine to make a satisfying breakfast meal that is simple to put together!
Cheesy Bacon Crescent Rolls
Ingredients:
- 4 slices bacon
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- Package of store bought crescent rolls (8 count)
Before we start, did you know that you can cook bacon in the oven? It was life changing when I learned this!
Just place the bacon on a piece of parchment paper or foil on a baking sheet. Place the bacon in a cold oven, turn on the oven to 375 degrees as you place the bacon inside, and cook for about 20 minutes.
No more bacon-flipping, hot grease splattering, and banning the kids from the kitchen while mom cooks bacon. Can I get a hallelujah?
After you’ve taken the bacon out of the oven, turn the oven down to 350 degrees (or whatever temperature your crescent rolls say in the directions). Grate the cheese and put in the refrigerator until needed.
Once the bacon has cooled, crumble it into small pieces.
Roll out the crescent rolls with your fingers, and place some cheese and bacon crumbles inside.
Roll back up the crescent rolls, and place spaced apart on a baking sheet.
Let bake for about 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven when the cheese is melted inside and the crescents are a nice golden color.
Let cool slightly, and serve warm. YUM!
These cheese and bacon crescent rolls make for a delicious breakfast that everyone loves and doesn’t take much time to prepare.
Besides, who can say no to bacon?! 😉
Happy cooking!
