Ingredients

  • 1 64 oz bottle apple cider (apple juice is okay too)
  • 1 cup 100% pumpkin puree (not pumpkin filling)
  • 2 12 oz cans apricot nectar
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and stir.
  • Boil over medium heat, then simmer for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  • Serve pumpkin warm or cold over ice. Enjoy!
