Chai Tea Bath Salts Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup epsom salt
- 1/4 cup oatmeal (ground)- I just put mine in my Vitamix blender for a few seconds to grind it up
- 1 tsp clove spice
- 1 Tbsp anise star spice
- 1 cinnamon stick (broken into pieces)
- 1 tsp almond oil
- 2 drops Simply Earth cinnamon essential oil
- 1 muslin tea bag
Instructions:
Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl, except for the almond oil and cinnamon oil.
Mix the almond oil and cinnamon essential oil in a different small bowl.
Add the oil blend into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
Pour the DIY bath salts into the tea bag and tie it closed.
To use the chai tea bath salts, place the bag to steep in the bathtub as it is filling with water. Relax and enjoy the heavenly aroma.
