Yesterday I was craving fresh salsa, so I whipped up a batch in about 5 minutes, including the chopping and cutting time!  This salsa even better than the salsa I'm served at all of the delicious Mexican restaurants we have here in San Diego, and tastes so fresh. It's perfect with tortilla chips, on top of your favorite Mexican dish, and is a great crowd pleaser for a party.
