It’s got a lot of flavor, and loads of gooey cheese, so you know it’s good! There’s also an awesome giveaway at the end of the post, so keep reading and be sure to enter!
Cheesy Ranch Pull Apart Bread:
- Round sourdough loaf of bread
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup), melted
- 1- 1 1/2 cups cheese (I used Colby and Monterey Jack)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut diagonal cuts in the bread with a knife almost all the way down to the bottom of the bread, but not quite. Cut perpendicular lines across those lines.
Mix the melted butter with the Hidden Valley Ranch packet, and stir. Spoon or pour out the butter mixture into the cuts in the bread.
Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese inside the cuts, and place bread in the oven to cook for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese onto the top of the bread, turn the broiler on, and broil the bread for about 5 minutes.
Remove carefully from the oven and let cool. When it’s time to eat, just grab onto one of the cheesy delicious sourdough pieces, and enjoy!
So simple and satisfying, and perfect for your next meal or party! This cheesy ranch pull apart bread would taste amazing dipped in a hot bowl of soup. Mmmmmm…….
