Finding Nemo Inspired Freakshake Recipe

If you’ve ever had a freakshake, then you know that they are indulgent, over the top shakes topped with colorful candy, chocolate, donuts, whip cream, sprinkles, and anything else you can dream up!

Pixar Pier is opening at Disneyland on June 23rd, so some blogger friends and I thought it would be fun way to start the party early and share some sweet Pixar inspired freakshakes that we created.

I live in San Diego and love all things ocean related, so of course that means that I chose to create a Finding Nemo freakshake… Yum!!

Finding Nemo Freakshake

Ingredients:

Cotton candy ice cream (or any other ice cream)
Milk
Blue or turquoise chocolate melts
Sprinkles
Pineapple
Pearl and teal gum balls
Rock candy
Suckers
Hostess white fudge cakes

Directions:

Step 1. Melt the chocolate melts according to the package directions. Use a spoon to drip the chocolate down from the top of the glass. Sprinkle on colorful sprinkles so they stick to the chocolate, then let dry.

Pour some chocolate melts onto the top of the white fudge ding dongs. Sprinkle on some sprinkles so they stick onto the chocolate, then place on a stick with some gumballs.

Step 2. Prepare the other candy that will be going into the freakshake. Open up any packaging, place candy onto wooden skewer sticks to give them height, then set aside.

Step 3. Mix the ice cream with just a little bit of milk in a blender. Carefully pour the blue shake into a clear glass. Add in desired candy, cake, cookies, and more to create a fun under the ocean freakshake!
