Thank you LEGOLAND California for inviting us to the Splash Out to Summer Event. All ideas and opinions are always 100% my own.
Although we have a few weeks left of school left, we’ve got our eyes on summer and fun days spent at the beach, snowcones and ice cream, lazy carefree days, roasting marshmallows for s’mores, and cooling off at LEGOLAND Water Park. Ahhh, summer….
Earlier this week, LEGOLAND California invited us out to an exclusive event at their LEGOLAND Water Park to splash out to summer! We got a sneak peek of the newest California beach-themed area, Surfer’s Cove, that is opening on June 30, 2017.
At Surfer’s Cove, kids will be able to race their friends (or even mom and dad!) at Riptide Racers water slides, which are timed so you can try to beat your score every time. Wipeout Lagoon is a new splash pad area where you can cool off with some fun LEGO models and multiple water jets spraying on and off.

And last, but certainly not least, are the new Beach Street Tacos… YUM!! We were able to try the carne asada, carnitas, and fish street tacos, and they were incredible!
We had SO much fun splashing and sliding in the water all day!
One of the coolest parts of the days was seeing and meeting some of the over 50 children and their families from the San Diego and Los Angeles chapters of the Ronald McDonald House Charities get treated to an exclusive day at LEGOLAND Water Park.

LEGOLAND California donated a generous $80,000 check to help these chapters continue the programs that help families during their difficult times.
The LEGOLAND Water Park is open 7 days a week starting Friday, May 26th. Surprise your kids with a fun trip there and your kids will be thanking you for days!
Happy summer!
