Thank you to Chobani and Kroger for sponsoring this delicious Berry Smoothie recipe.  All ideas and opinions are always 100% my own.  #HappyBlending #CollectiveBias

We are smoothie addicts at my house, and why not?  My kids love drinking smoothies because of their sweet flavor, and it’s a great way for me to sneak in protein, fruits, and vegetables for my kids without them even knowing!

Mixed Berry Smoothie Recipe

Today I’m going to share with you one of my favorite go-to smoothie recipes that I make at least once a week.  Everyone in the family loves the sweet berry flavor, and I love that it has lots of berries full of healthy antioxidants.  I also add Chobani Greek Yogurt that is full of healthy protein, with more daily value for protein and 40% less sugar than regular yogurt.

Berry smoothies are also an easy breakfast for me to make for everyone- just add all the ingredients in the blender, mix it up for a minute, and pour!

Berry Smoothie Recipe

Mixed Berry Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Honey to taste (optional)

Add all the ingredients to the blender.  Blend on low speed, then gradually to high.

Pour and serve!  Depending on the ripeness and sweetness of my banana, I may add a bit of honey for some added sweetness, but this isn’t always necessary.  Just taste and make any adjustments that you might need to suit your taste.

Chobani at Ralph's

I stocked up on Chobani Greek Yogurt at Ralph’s (my local Kroger store).  I bought two 32 oz. containers of Chobani Vanilla (for our smoothies) and Chobani Non-Fat Plain (for smoothies and for baking and recipes).  I love that Chobani uses only natural ingredients that aren’t genetically modified, and use no artificial flavors or sweeteners.

It’s Smoothie Week at Kroger Family of Stores, so be sure to visit and get some Chobani Greek Yogurt and other yummy smoothie ingredients for you and your family.  What are your favorite things to put inside a smoothie?
