This post brought to you by DairyPure Milk. The content and opinions expressed below are that of Make Life Lovely.

If you like pina coladas, then you’re going to love this refreshing pina colada smoothie that I’m sharing with you today!  It is ice cold, refreshing, and has no alcohol in it, so it’s great to share with the whole family!

The best part of this recipe (besides the amazing taste) is the fact that it takes just 5 minutes to prep and under 5 minutes to make, and only uses just 3 fresh ingredients plus ice.  Do yourself a favor and try this simple recipe today!

Pina Colada Smoothie

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (don’t use canned)

3/4 cup milk

1/4 cup cream of coconut

6 ice cubes

Cut some fresh pineapple, and place one cup of chunks in the blender.  Add 3/4 cup of milk, and then 1/4 cup cream of coconut to the pineapple.  Cream of coconut is found in the alcohol aisle of the grocery store, but doesn’t contain any alcohol.

Add the 6 ice cubes, then blend until smooth.  Pour, sip, and enjoy!  This recipe makes one large or two small smoothies.

You’ll feel like you’ve escaped the daily grind and are relaxing on the tropics once you try this amazingly refreshing smoothie.

For the milk in this recipe, I used DairyPure milk, because it’s the only milk backed by an exclusive 5 Point Purity Promise:

  1.  No artificial growth hormones (No significant difference has been shown between milk derived from cows treated with the artificial growth hormone rbST and non-rbST-treated cows).

  2.  All milk is tested for antibiotics.

  3.  Continuously tested to ensure purity.

  4.  Only cows fed from a healthy diet.

  5.  Cold shipped fresh from your local dairy.
