Thanks to Nicole from Chandelier By NK for sharing her Spring Bar Cart Styling Tips while I’m on maternity leave enjoying my sweet baby girl. I’ll be back soon with more party ideas, DIY’s, crafts, recipes, and more!
Hi, I’m Nicole of Chandelier By NK, and we make fun, glam acrylic chandeliers in bright colors and designs!
I jumped at a chance of guest blogging for Laura while she has her baby. Our theme was Spring and what better way to accessorize your spring bar cart than with happy colors, cake, and a glamorous chandelier!
Spring Bar Cart Styling Tips:
Tip 1: Decorate with easy, inexpensive garland (if you tape them like we did they will not ruin your walls).
We tucked some roses in our pink champagne bucket, and broke out the mini light box. We love our mini light box because it’s a small decorative element that really enhances a space.
Words carry impact, so why not use it for positive thoughts with the seasons?
Tip 2: A jar full of fake flowers makes a big impact with little cost.
Tip 3: Buy fun melamine plates throughout the year and save them for fun table settings.
One of my favorite things currently are agate plate toppers. And that purple and gold!
Pair stripes with florals for a fun punch on your spring bar cart. You can grab these personalized, calligraphy agate toppers on Etsy or on Instagram.
Tip 4: Involve your kids.
My daughter is 3, and she loves helping me plan parties and styled shoots with our chandeliers.
She is invested in picking out colors and has big opinions already on how things should look. She insisted on this crown and I was happy to oblige.
Once your spring bar cart party is over, kid proof your bar cart and bring in some elements that allow them to use it too: kid snacks, a crown, and some silly photo accessories like mustaches and masks.
Tip 5: Cake, and then more cake.
Tip 6: Have fun!
About Chandelier By NK: We are a modern acrylic decor company, that started as an idea to create an easy, chic chandelier without lights. The idea of making a chandelier and then flipping it on it’s head and redefining it was so much fun! What makes our acrylic chandeliers unique and one-of-a-kind is the design. We pair modern, chic designs with bright colors and crystals. Acrylic is such a fun medium to work with! It’s luminescent and bold. With freedom from lights, the chandeliers can be hung anywhere you can position a hook or wire. Acrylic can work both inside or outside, which frees up your creativity.
