Equipment

  • 12 sucker sticks (optional)

Ingredients

  • Mini Snickers bars
  • Candy corn (I used Starburst candy corn)
  • Candy eyes
  • Small amount of frosting

Instructions

  • Break off the two end pieces of some toothpicks, and slowly push a toothpick piece into the end of a candy corn.
  • Once you have toothpicks in all of your candy corn "feathers," insert the toothpick pieces into the Snickers turkey. I used 6 candies for each turkey. You can also use frosting to "glue" the candy corn tips to the back of the chocolate turkey so you won't have to use toothpick pieces.
  • Attach the candy eyes to the turkey with frosting. Cut the small tip off a piece of candy corn. Use frosting to add it to the turkey face under the eyes to make the beak.
  • Cut a thin slice off of the large end of a red Starburst candy corn, and attach using frosting to make the gobbler on the turkey. You can also use red frosting, an upside down red heart sprinkle, a cut piece of a red Airhead candy, fruit roll-up, or Laffy Taffy.
  • Keep these turkeys as is, or press a stick into the bottom center of them to turn them into a tasty turkey pop.
