Equipment
12 sucker sticks (optional)
Ingredients
Mini Snickers bars
Candy corn(I used Starburst candy corn)
Candy eyes
Small amount of frosting
Instructions
Break off the two end pieces of some toothpicks, and slowly push a toothpick piece into the end of a candy corn.
Once you have toothpicks in all of your candy corn "feathers," insert the toothpick pieces into the Snickers turkey. I used 6 candies for each turkey. You can also use frosting to "glue" the candy corn tips to the back of the chocolate turkey so you won't have to use toothpick pieces.
Attach the candy eyes to the turkey with frosting. Cut the small tip off a piece of candy corn. Use frosting to add it to the turkey face under the eyes to make the beak.
Cut a thin slice off of the large end of a red Starburst candy corn, and attach using frosting to make the gobbler on the turkey. You can also use red frosting, an upside down red heart sprinkle, a cut piece of a red Airhead candy, fruit roll-up, or Laffy Taffy.
Keep these turkeys as is, or press a stick into the bottom center of them to turn them into a tasty turkey pop.
