By mid-September every year my kids continually ask me- “When are we going to Legoland Brick or Treat?” It’ s been a tradition of ours for a while now so I thought I’d share with you what Legoland Brick or Treat is, along with more helpful information about it in case you’d like to check it out this fall!
What is Legoland Brick or Treat?
Let’s start with the most obvious question- what exactly is Brick or Treat?
Brick or Treat is a Saturday evening filled with lots of fun and trick or treating!
Throughout Legoland California there is live entertainment on these nights, including live music and fun Halloween performances.
Festive Halloween decorations
The entire park is decked out in giant spider webs, pumpkins, spiders, LEGO Halloween characters, and more. It’s fun to see the park transform for Halloween!
Character meet and greets
You never know who you will run into at Legoland. We loved this creature we found who looks like he just swam up from the depths of the ocean. There are lots of character meet and greets during Brick or Treat, and the characters are more than happy to take photos and interact with the kiddos.
Annuals costume contest
There’s always a costume contest each year that anyone can enter and walk across the stage to show off their costume. Its definitely entertaining to see all the creative costumes.
Dance party fun
The AstroBash Dance Party is fun for kids who like to break it down and get on the dance floor.
Brick or treating
Let’s not forget the biggest part of the night- brick or treating! There are many treat stations situated throughout Legoand California where you and the kids can get a variety of candy, snacks, pop badges, a commemorative LEGO brick, and more.
When you enter the park you are given a map of the park with all of the Brick or Treat stations clearly marked so it’s easy to find where to go.
You can also find seasonal treats in the park too, sold at some of the restaurants, like the Monster Chili Mango Milkshake that we tried. Yum!
Photo opps galore
We love the numerous photo ops there are with all of the decorations set up.
When is Brick or Treat this year?
Legoland Brick or Treat is always on Saturday nights. This year it’s being held on Sept. 28, Oct. 5, 12, 19, and 26.
How do I get tickets for Legoand Brick or Treat?
Legoland Brick or Treat tickets are sold seperately from a Legoland park ticket. If you buy your Brick or Treat tickets online early enough, many times you can get a discount or score a great package deal.
I hope this helped you learn more about Brick or Treat and it it’s a good fit for your family. We loook forward to going each year as a family and it’s become one of our favorite traditions!
Thank you Legoland for the Brick or Treat Passes. All opinions and ideas are always 100% my own.
